Listserv Header Problems

Several subscribers have pointed out that the listserv headers are now
apparently out of whack. We will look at this as quickly as we can,
but for the moment I must ask for your patience. It will probably be
early next week before we can sort all of this out. I apologize for
the inconvenience.
