Thanks, Murray. Either there's more than one version of 8859-1, or
both Adobe and X11 get it wrong. I think both are equally likely :-(
Does anyone know? (X11 and Adobe have a minus sign for 7-bit "-")

At any rate an entity might help... perhaps in 2.1 when other entity
names might get sorted out a little.
