From the network point of view, there is one logical place to run this
gateway, and that it at umich, preferably on the same machine as the base  
server.

Perhaps you two could come to some arrangement?  We'd all be glad of it!

By the way, there are lots of neat ways I could think of to display the  
results, like

Remarkably the only produceer of daimonds and pipes in the state.
