Is there a need for an entry point into the web that isn't part of the
web?  By that I mean something for the bazillions of people who don't
know about WWW yet, but who do read news.  This would be a periodic
post on news.answers, comp.infosystems.gopher, comp.infosystems.wais
and alt.hypertext, and would explain what the web is and how to access
it.
