The latest Hytelnet database is available on the web. Point
any W3 browser (Cello, Mosaic, tkWWW, MacWeb, etc etc) at
http://info.cern.ch.:8002/w3start.txt
or follow links to "Servers by type" and chose "Telnet".
It's also in the Mosaic "documents" menu.

Here are details of the changes from Peter Scott:

			---------------------

HYTELNET version 6.5, the database which gives an WWW user
instant-access to all Internet-accessible library catalogs,
FREE-NETS, CWISs, BBSs, Gophers, WAIS, etc. is now available.

Version 6.5 is a major upgrade. Much redundant information has been
deleted, and errors have been corrected. Also all the new/updated
files created since Version 6.4 have been incorporated.
Certain files have been renamed to match their domain names.
