Subject: HTML, HTML+ compatibility

How do you propose to describe the behavior of separater <P>
and container <PARA> when they're intermixed?  This is the change,
badly needed and already decided upon, that may make it really
hard to get backward compatibility except by supporting HTML
and HTML+ in parallel.  Suggestions invited.
