Server Indexes:

It seems to me that each server should have some kind of standard README note
so you can list servers with a one liner description of what they are for.

Now if we could agree on a standard name and format ...

Name: WWW_README.txt

The file contains email like header:

        Description: a few words only
        Contact: John D. Smith <smith@univ.edu

        Then a multi line description of who runs it
        and the aims and contents of this server.
