Well, by some strange short circuit in my brain I missed the note about
">1024, which is wide open", but it still causes a problem with sites that
use ports 81 through 85 and other aribtrary ports less than 1024, as well as
certain gophers which accept http connections (eg, http://borg.lib.vt.edu:70/)
Certainly, there are less problems, but they are still there if you limit
what ports you can run the server on.
