I'm using "mpeg_play" to display my mpeg movies. (Just tried the
3d rotating skulls from NCSA, pretty snappy.) It seems to work,
tho it's real minimalist as a viewer.

If anyone has a "nice" mpeg viewer, e.g. one that lets you do
 - single step or freeze frame
 - looping and reverse
 - save individual images to files
 - anything else you might reasonably expect from a low priced VCR
I'd like to hear about it.

In the interim, for people on middlingly slow lines, it would be good
to have the default command executed be not
	mpeg_play
but	mpeg_play -loop
so that you at least get a chance to keep the thing around once you
have spent the time downloading it.
