As some of you have discovered, the contributed PostScript output code
used in Mosaic 2.0 prerelease 2 seems to not correctly handle certain
characters (128+, and a few characters below 128).  I'm not familiar
enough with PostScript to easily fix it and have a huge list of other
things left to do for 2.0, so....

Would anyone like to dive into that code (libhtmlw/HTML-PSformat.c)
and bulletproof it for full 8-bit character output?

Thousands of users, and your humble Mosaic developers, would be
eternally grateful...
