Hemant, sorry that I didn't get back to you regarding attaching
files to the list. I was ill for a couple of weeks (nothing
serious), at an interview (that I didn't get) after that, and at a
conference for most of this week (which was a great success). Have
you worked out how to do it yet or do you still need some help?

PS Don't think that I've forgotten about the promised CD, what with
one thing and another I haven't been able to get hold of it yet.
