I'm new to the mailbase and half the reason for wanting to belong was
because no-one in our department seems to know much about Rep grids. We are
currently looking at the whole concept of trust in teams within Human
Supervisory Control Domains and wanted to use repgrid techniques to be able
to get underath the concept to try and understand the constructs that make
up trust in teams. This is both within and betweena and the trust people
have/or not in technology.
The big problem is I have no clue how to analyse this stuff. Has anyone got
any good ideas/software (v. cheap as I'm a student) or advice that they
could help with.
