This list is growing, and, as a natural function of that growth and
our respective enthusiasms for improving HTML, there is a tendency
to expand the scope of the discussion.

I think it is a good time to remind readers (and posters) that discussion
on this list should be restricted to comment on, and improvement of, the
HTML 2.0 spec as distributed at the Toronto IETF meeting.  Discussion of
wish lists or features that post-date that document are off task.

I suppose ICADD features are fair game, in that the implications for 
existing parts of the 2.0 spec are important, but please do not broaden
the scope of discussion here beyond that.
