I have reserved the Belmont room from 2-6pm on Monday for the closed
meeting of the HTML WG.  The Belmont room is on the 2nd floor, whereas most
of the busier places are on 3rd floor, so we may even be somewhat away from
the crowds.

I guess we'll assume the meeting will begin at 2, unless it turns out that
someone's travel plans necessitate a later start.  (I say this just because
some people might have been thinking 3 or 4:30 for a little while.)
