As promised before, the draft HTML 2.0 spec will be available for you to
transfer over the Internet shortly before the weekend before the conference.
Our primary focus is on the ASCII version (for RFC-ness), but we will try to
make a PostScript version available as well.

I will bring printed copies of the spec with me to the meeting on that
Monday, and those copies will be the ASCII version.

I want us all to begin thinking of this as an RFC-to-be.
