Document available in HTML format, PostScript to come

We've completed the last edits we'll be able to do before the conference,
and are finalizing little details. For now, the HTML version of the
document is available for you to look at. For various reasons, I am unable
to install the document on our web server today. You can grab a tarred-up
version by anonymous ftp to

spyglass.com

cd pub/.export/html2

bin

get html2.tar.Z

If someone here wants to install this on a web server, that would be great.
Please do not publicize the ftp location above -- it will be going away.

Shortly, a PostScript version of the document should appear in the same
ftp directory.

We're on for Monday at 2:00 for those who can attend.  I'm assuming that I
am facilitating the meeting, as no one has told me otherwise.  I will be
sending out an agenda for the meeting later today.  Let me know if there's
anything you want included on that agenda.
