ICADD/SDA attrs are comming

The ICADD/SDA attrs to add to HTML 2.0 are comming. I wil have them
typed up by the end of the day.

Proposed schedule:

Wed pm -> post to list + email to interested parties
Thu-Sun -> comment period
Mon -> final version typed up and sent to editor + list +
interested parties

Is this OK with the Dan, Eric & Eric? I can crunch the above schedule
a bit if necessary.
