Well, the first one still has level 2 commands in it.
Don't you just love Adobe?

Yuck! There is no easy way to serve up 4 files, and the IETF will
demand a single document for each version. So, I fixed it again.

All the working documents for the HTML working group can be found in

including a nice, legal, valid, one-document version of the PS file.
