Depends on how generally people want the ability to super/subscript,
and to what extent it matters what browsers support them currently
and in what manner.
Just for starters, here's a list:
- what should be allowed within them?
- including recursion?
- in what parameter entities and element definitions should they be included?
A minimal approach would be
+ both may contain TT, B, and I (the contents of %font;)
+ recursion is not allowed (so they can't go in %font;)
+ both should occur in %text; only
but I'm not sanguine people will be satisfied with so little.
