Add another voice of agreement. I'd actually suggest that a firm
recommendation be made in the HTML 3 specification to encourage
User-Agent creators to verify syntax and notify the user of bad HTML. The
way it stands, it's hard to blame the authors who write horrible HTML --
they can't tell the difference!
