Is there anywhere on the web a good reference list for resources on
these topics? I am interested in charset issues (UTF-7/8, UNICODE), I18N
and other issues, and have found some online material, but it is
incomplete. Is there a good list of electronic and non-electronic
(a.k.a books) resource covering these topics?
