Sure. But we are taking our inspiation from / sawing lumps off the draft
HTML 3.0 spec, which has. Or at least that is what most people were quoting
excerpts from.

The current model is that HTML 2.0 progresses to 2.1, 2.1 etc by having
lumps of HTML 3.0 bolted on, right?
