OCLC's proposal for metadata in html

Someone sent me a request for an early look at our I.D.-in-progress for
accommodating metadata in HTML. I inadvertantly lost the request, so
please contact me if it was you, or if you would like to be on a short
list of ACTIVE reviewers of the draft.

We hope to have the preliminary version ready in a week or two at the
outside, and a formal draft for review and comment by the list by the
end of August.
