I am revising the Internet Draft of tables produced for the Stockholm
IETF in line with feedback people have sent me, and hope to send out
the new version next week.

What steps do we need to take to settle this and move towards RFC status
for a table spec? If you have opinions on what the standard should say
then let us know now, so we can progress to a group consensus.
