Sure, which is what you use stylesheets for. If you don't have
stylesheets, use attributes. Do you call a file in you file system

foo-1023-bytes-created-on-march-fifth-1993

or do you call it foo, and store the size and creation dates as
additional information related to foo? The same thing applies to
tag names. Also, as people have said time and time again, presentation
depends very much on the presentation media: what does <BLINK> mean to
a speech-synthesis unit?
