Subject: NCSA Mosaic for X 0.12 released.
Kudos once again to the NCSA folks!!!  Two (or was it three) weeks ago
when Marc et al released Xmosaic 0.10 I ftp'd it and built it on my system,
hardly able to contain my excitement over the video capabilities. (I am
also interested in the audio stuff, but Data General Aviions don't
possess such)  It immediately puked when trying to display one of the
bitmaps, so I sent a trace back to Marc who passed it one to one
of their other programmers who recognized the problem as an 8 bit versus
24 bit TrueColor problem (because of the way 24 bit handles colors).
Well... in 0.12 that problem is resolved!  Most commercial products
don't offer that rapid of a response to bugs.

Keep up the great work, I am still beating my drum trying to
convince mgmt here that this is what we should be using for some
of the hypertext applications they are interested in around here.
