Ok, I've got my server running the latest Plexus that supports HTTP/V1.0.
It seems to work ok with Mosaic 1.0 (using HTTP/V0.9) and tkWWW 0.8 (using
HTTP/V1.0). I'll continue to learn about MIME and tweek the Content stuff.
Please give it a whirl and let me know if you have any problems.

The source is in http://www.bsdi.com/server/Plexus-2.0.tar.Z and
http://www.bsdi.com/server/ but you should probably wait for 2.1
so it'll be more stable. I also need to update the docs, consider
V2.0 beta code for now.
BTW: Thanks to joe@Athena.MIT.EDU for the idea about putting
the context-type in %ext.
