this it does and (b) not send back errors to those
who contribute.]

The WAIS gateways at http://info.cern.ch:8001/ has been
fixed so that it now caches source documents again,
and so can display descriptions of WAIS databases as you hit
them, so long as at some point it has seen a source file
for the database in question.  The list of source files is
now building up as people use the gateways.

The next release of the library (when tested and released) will
include this feature for all clients which include direct access
to WAIS as a compile time option. The cache will be
stored by default in /usr/wsrc rather than /usr/lib/wais as before.
