I was wondering if the ability to tell <isindex> to go look at a different url
than the current document was part of HTML+, if not, how can it be put in?

i.e.

<isindex //arrgh.foo.com:81/map>  When a index is requested the server then
sends GET /map?keywords to the appropriate host/port...
