   There are a couple of problems with the www servers out there.  The
one on port 80 just spits out a blank line and then exits.  And the
texinfo server on port 85 does not respect HTRQ requests.  It will
always fail saying 'Cannot find blahblah htrq or blahblah htrq.info'.

   Can whoever is in charge of these servers fix 'em up? :)
