I was wondering why there are not <author> and <title> tags?  Seems like these  
are two elements that are part of most documents?  Or is HTML+ not intended to  
describe a lot of different elements?  I'd like to use it to publish our  
electronic journals but seems like TEI might be a better choice for marking up  
the documents.  Is it possible for something like Xmosaic to launch an SGML  
browser like Lector for documents marked up in TEI?  I know that HTML cannot be  
all things to all people but whenever I start considering it for serious markup  
of existing collections of text, I start to feel like I won't be providing  
sufficient access.
