I was wondering why there are not <author> and <title> tags? Seems like these
are two elements that are part of most documents? Or is HTML+ not intended to
describe a lot of different elements? I'd like to use it to publish our
electronic journals but seems like TEI might be a better choice for marking up
the documents. Is it possible for something like Xmosaic to launch an SGML
browser like Lector for documents marked up in TEI? I know that HTML cannot be
all things to all people but whenever I start considering it for serious markup
of existing collections of text, I start to feel like I won't be providing
sufficient access.
