The Correct way of handling spaces was not really decided upon until
just before and at the WWW conference. Everyone agreed at that point
that all whitespace would be collapsed. The newest version of Lynx
will do this, and I will modify the linemode browser and send the diffs
to Tim Berners-Lee as well.
