I ran across a PC based ftp server that announced itself as "NetWare v3.11".

HTFTP.c (as used in xmosaic-2.0pre2) gets hung up with this server.  The
problem seems to be that the server does not ever respond to an "NLST"
message.

Is there a standard that says that ftp servers must respond to NLST?
Is there a patch for NetWare v3.11 available?  Or a newer release?
