HTTPD version 2.08 is compatible with the slightly improved
stream object in the 2.10 libwww.  Apologies for those
who compiled the 2.07 httpd with the 2.10 libwww and got
"end_document" undefined or equivalent.

The LineMode browser has been releaed for the same reason,
to compile with the 2.11 library.
