CSO Inventory System
The management and development staff at 10th Level Solutions have gone to great lengths to ensure that the quality of our software products, in particular the CSO Inventory System Project. It is with this in mind, that a system of testing standards have been put in place. These standards range from procedures for testing the individual modules of a program, up to the final acceptance testing. Thus, the objective of this system is to ensure that the quality of our product is as expected, and that the product functions as it was specified. Secondary goals, though no less important, are that the design and implementation of the product go as smoothly and as efficiently as possible. After all, this is necessary to remain under the proposed budget.
The members of the testing group are culled from the various other groups on our team. These members are: Gabriele, Lyndon, Dean, Edmund, Angus, Jason and Bill. For the testing of the system units, a series of walkthrough tests have been developed. Walkthrough testing has been scheduled, with responsibilities as follows:
Reports by the affected team members will be required the following Wednesday after each testing session.
In order to ensure the delivery of the CSO inventory system, we divided our staff into smaller teams to work on different part of the system. Here is a brief summary of the groups and their staffs:

Contact Manager/Project Leader: Zach Scott
He is the leader in our software group, he is responsible to ensure the system is delivered on-time. He also co-oridinated between groups to make sure of the coherence of the system.
Editor / Test Group Leader: Bill Swaney
Bill is responsible for the proof reading and editing of all documents that will come with the CSO inventory system.
Document Writers: Grace Yau, Cam Phung, Gabriele Ehnes-Lilly, Lyndon Parakin,
These are the people working on user manuals, maintenance guides and other documents to the system. There draft will go through the editor for refinement before shipping.
Programmers: Gus Ainslie, Craig Hall, Chad Karbinski, Dean Borosevich
They are the major programmers in our group implementing and testing the system, they tightly cooperate with other groups to work on the system.
Security Consultants: Lyndon Parakin, Edmond Hui
They are working on security issues concerning CSO Inventory system and response to customer concern about security.
Systems Analyst: Dean Borosevich
He analyzes the customer's organization environment and comes up with a solution that will integrate into CSO Inventory System to improve their performance.
Design Research Team: Zach Scott, Bill Swaney, Grace Yau, Cam Phung,
They are doing on-going research on designing better systems to make the CSO Inventory System meet CSO's need.
Specifications Research Team: Zach Scott, Bill Swaney, Grace Yau, Cam
They are working on the overall design of the CSO Inventory System.
