Subscribing and Un-subscribing to Publications

To Subscribe a Household to a Newspaper

1. Press the Newspaper Subscription button to launch the Newspaper Subscription interface.
2. Press the Subscribe button of the Newspaper Subscription interface.
3. Click on the arrow button adjecent to the newspaper field and select the "Magnifier" newspaper product.
4. Now you must choose the delivery days. There are four radio buttons labeled Mon-Thurs, Friday, Saturday and Sunday.

   Click on the appropiate radio buttons for days you wish delivery to occur
   Suppose that the customer wants delivery on Sunday and Monday through Thursday.
   Click on the Mon-Thurs radio button and the Sunday radio button.

5. Then select the number of papers to be delivered. This is done by entering a integer value in the box labeled Quantity.
6. Press OK to update the system or Cancel to forget the changes.

To Un-subscribe a Household from a Newspaper

1. Press the Newspaper Subscription button to launch the Newspaper Subscription interface.
2. Press the Un-subscribe button of the Newspaper Subscription interface.
3. Click on the arrow button adjecent to the newspaper field and select the "Magnifier" newspaper product.
4. Press OK to un-subscribe the customer or Cancel to forget it.

To Subscribe a Household to a Magazine

1. Press the Magazine Subscription button to launch the Magazine Subscription interface.
2. Press the Subscribe button of the Magazine Subscription interface.
3. Click on the arrow button adjecent to the magazine field and select the "Timely" magazine product.
4. Now you must choose the duration of the subscription. There are four radio buttons labeled 3 months, 6 months, 1 year and 2 years.

   Click on the appropiate radio buttons for the appropiate subscription duration
   Suppose that the customer wants a 1 year subscription.
   Click on the radio button labeled 1 year.

5. Then select the number of magazines to be delivered. This is done by entering a integer value in the box labeled Quantity.
6. Press OK to update the system or Cancel to forget the changes.

To Un-subscribe a Household from a Magazine

1. Press the Magazine Subscription button to launch the Magazine Subscription interface.
2. Press the Un-subscribe button of the Magazine Subscription interface.
3. Click on the arrow button adjecent to the magazine field and select the "Timely" magazine product.
4. Press OK to un-subscribe the customer or Cancel to forget it.
