Making a Complaint

To Make a Complaint


  1. Before issuing a complaint on a Magazine record, the user must Find the appropriate record.
  2. Press the Complaints button located near the bottom left portion of Newsbox form.

  3. - This will bring up the Complaint dialogue box which will provide the user a field box to enter his/her complaints.
  4. Upon completion, press the OK button in the Complaint dialogue box.

  5. - This will close the dialogue box and will take the user back to the Retail Customers form.
  6. Press the OK button located near the bottom right portion of the form.

  7. - This will update the database with the changes made on the current Retail Customer record.

    Example:

    Suppose the user wants to issue a complaint on Retail Customer Number 80001889:
