Making a Complaint

To Make a Complaint
- Before issuing a complaint on a Magazine record, the user must
Find the appropriate record.
- Press the Complaints button located near the bottom left
portion of Newsbox form.
- This will bring up the Complaint dialogue box which will provide
the user a field box to enter his/her complaints.
- Upon completion, press the OK button in the Complaint
dialogue box.
- This will close the dialogue box and will take the user back to
the Retail Customers form.
- Press the OK button located near the bottom right portion
of the form.
- This will update the database with the changes made on the current
Retail Customer record.
Example:
Suppose the user wants to issue a complaint on Retail Customer Number
80001889:
- Find the Retail Customer with the given Retail Customer Number
- Press the Complaints button
- Enter the complaints
- Press the OK button within the Complaint dialogue box
- Press the OK button within the Retail Customer form
- The database is now updated with the current Retail Customer record
changes
