• 1) Integrated with a Web browser.
• 2) Easy to use for first time users.
• 3) Extremely easy to set up.

• 1) They used there own terminology. ('To: Mail' to compose a new message)
• 2) When forwarding a message, it is sent as an attachment.
• 3) Hard to get access to the address book.
