Given that RTF has styles, is renderable on dumb terminals and
wunderbar Gulag 5000 workstataions, should we think about supporting
the WinHelp extensions to RTF within our WWW browsers?  Most word
processors save as RTF, there is a library out there for parsing it,
it does all the whizzy things people want HTML+ to do ...
