Duties: The Psychology Department at the State University of New York
at New Paltz invites applicants for a tenure-track Assistant Professor
position beginning August 1999. Undergraduate teaching includes:
Adolesence & Adulthood, Research Methods and Multicultural
Psychology or Psychology of Women. Graduate teaching to include 2 of
the 3 counseling areas: Career, Community, & Multicultural. Successful
applicant expect to help revise and administer an MA counseling track.
Teaching load: 3 courses per semester.
Qualifications: Applicants must have a Ph.D. in Counseling/Clinical
Psychology, a commitment to outstanding teaching and an active
research program.
