I just re-read the note from Dan that mentioned he promoted META to the
normal part of the standard. I guess you should disregard the message I
just sent about it staying in the proposed section.
Why did nbsp go away? I may have missed the reasoning behind its removal,
but I consider it current practice, and believe that it should be part of
the standard, or at least proposed.
