HTML is really clumsy when it comes to notes/cautions/warnings, as we
all know. I used an H3 with an EMphasised paragraph for a note. But
<EM> gets lost when it's converted to text. It might have also gotten
lost in previous postscript renderings. I've fixed that locally, but
the published doc might not reflect it.

I need to either learn to use ispell-buffer in emacs or switch to
FrameMaker and use the spell-checker...
