Editorial comments on HTML 2.0 spec

These comments are based on the July 1994 postscript version
of the spec:

Page 2-6, Section -- Working With Structured Text: Comments

After the comment delimiter, all text up to the next
occurrence of -- is ignored.

I believe this should be "-->".

Page 3-3, Section -- Meta: Examples

If the document contains:

<expires http-equiv="Expires">...</expires>

I never saw an EXPIRE element in the DTD. Shouldn't it be

<meta http-equiv="Expires" content="...">

Page 4-1, Section -- Obsolete HTML Features: comment

A comment element used for bracketing off unneeded text and
comments has been introduced in some browsers but will be
replaced by the SGML command feature

Should be "comment".
