I think all of the floundering over the utility of various HTML 3.0 tags
really calls for explaining IN THE SPECIFICATION what all those tags
are about.
In the spirit of 'pushing through pieces of HTML 3.0 piece at a time',
could someone put together a separate standards track document, e.g.,
"Extended Markup for HTML" that contains all of these tags that
weren't in 2.0?
