Here's one for you. Steve and I were talking today about reading mail
and news thru xmosaic (because it's turning into the nicest MIME reader
available). But xmosaic doesn't deal with keeping track of your
mail, or news (nor would you want it to).
So you fire up a server on your own machine, which deals with your
mail, parses your newsrc, and serves articles/email to xmosaic with
lots of things converted into links.
Let's see you do that with gopher.
