I'd prefer a) so as to ensure that these tag's remain somewhat supported.

I feel that the <p> tag should remain just a indication to stuff in a blank
line at the current point, and use the <justify> tag to set alignment's and

I was hoping someone would suggest this, was looking for something like it just
the other day.
