I could not agree more. This is also my reason for insisting on URLs  
that tell you what you can expect.
I prefer the URL
   http://wwwMyUniversity.xyz.qq/AboutUs.html
to
   http://opossum.aeiou.fgh.qq/pub/usr/mydocs/forall/firsttry.html
