I'm not quite clear on whether or not to use a URL:
	wais://cmns-moon.think.com:210/WWP
or
	http://www.ncsa.uiuc.edu:8001/cmns-moon.think.com:210/WWP

Many people report errors when the wais: URL is used, but I would think
it'd be better to use that and let each client use the best WAIS gateway
available than to always direct them to one site (that is probably already
heavily enough trafficked)
