Another note on the HTML+ draft:
The old HTML specification allows comments in documents, bracketed by
<!-- and -->, but I couldn't find it in the HTML+ draft. Since HTML+
is an SGML application, one would assume that comments are supported,
but I think it should be mentioned explicitly.
