I think this is an excellent idea; at least someone should be looking at 
RTF to do a quick kill analysis -- is RTF suitable for the kinds of 
formatting we think we want in HTML?  Is there anyone who has enough 
knowledge of both RTF and ongoing HTML formatting discussions to
